Ever since snickers was little she has always had a little crusty suff near her eye and when she got spayed, they flushed her eyes but they still have a little crust but it's not noticeable unless you pet around her eye. Recently ist been hot and she has had a fan on her which she has had before, and her fur on the side closest to the ear on one side was hard and so I washed the fur 'mats' and they went away. Now she had one very hard fur mat and around it is slightly puffy and a little red like she had been itching it, which I have not seen her do. Is there a y way to get rid of the clump of fur? I got a little out by washing it.
