Shadow finished her last round of meds almost a week ago, and is now healthy. All of her tests have come back good, too. She's back to normal behavior except now her litter habits have changed (they changed AFTER finishingthe meds, not during). Everything is coming out like it should, and has all along, but now she refuses to poop in the litter box inside her cage. She still pees in there, but holds her poop until she comes out to use the litter box by the couch. When she comes out in the morning she makes a beeline for the box outside her cage to do her business. She's out most of the day (about 7am-9am, and 2pm-11pm), so I don't think she'll hurt herself by holding it, but what strange behavior! The litter boxes are bothcleaned out often, and I haven't changed thelocation of either of them. Any ideas why she's behaving this way?

Bunnies are just strange. Bun-Bun would only use a litter box inside her hutch. We always wished the others would do the same.

That is weird! You would think she would want to go and use her litter box in her cage. Hopefully it is just a phase and she will start pooping in her litter box in her cage.
