Anyone know of a premade big store bought cage that is large? I just like the look of a cage that is premade...and something that isn't a dog crate. The biggest one I have run across is the super pet deluxe giant. http://www.superpetusa.com/product-list/deluxe-my-first-home-giant.htm

Thanks for any help! So glad to find this forum.. The last bunny forum I found also had a rabbit "farmers" area... yuck:expressionless

That cage is pretty big, it is 2X4ft. You really aren't going to find anything bigger. The shelf might not be good for large rabbits, but I don't have experience with that cage. Other people on this forum have used that cage and quite liked it.

If you are ordering this online, make sure you are only getting 1. There are some places that sell it in a 2 pack. Unless you need 2 or have someone wiling to split the cost, make sure you are getting just the 1.

That may give you some inspiration.

Not on topic, but you might consider building a custom bunny cage. It is often far cheaper, and more spacious than the store bought cages.
If you decided to go that route, we have plenty of building resources here.

I have that Super Pet cage, but I have an xpen attached to it for additional room. It's a nice cage and I like that it contains their hay, but I felt that it was too small as a full time home for my 4lb boy (and definitely too small for two bunnies).

I also have the next smaller size cage by the same brand - it came with my 5.5lb girl. It's definitely too small - I could barely fit a litter box through the door and there was no room for my girl to move around much or do anything.

I have two of these, and I like them a lot. They're very big, but I also have an exercise pen so they can get out.

I also have one of these, which is big upwards but still very large. The shelves need support because they're so long, for any size rabbit.

I have the Superpet Giant right now for my bun, and it works great for him. I really like it right now because he is small (10 weeks old) and he's litter training. He also enjoys the little ledge which gives him room to lay out up there and helps keep the cage cleaner since his food and water sits up there as well. But, he also spends most of the day in the living room, so he's not in there much. For a baby that has plenty of out-of-cage time, I think its great.
P.S This cage is not expensive when you get it off of craigslist practically brand new for 20 bucks!
