My bunny usually has free roam of the house, and he'd get out almost 24/7 if he didn't have a bad habit.

He started peeing and pooping against a certain wall. I've cleaned the carpet but it didn't seem to help. So I covered the spot with a piece of coroplast which worked for a long time until a few days ago he peed on the carpet next to the coroplast.

If he doesnt pee on the carpet he pees in the bathroom or in his litterbox. He's 100% litterbox training in his cage and has been.

Any advice?

I'd pop a spare litter box there. If you don't want one there permanently, you may then be able to gradually move the box until you can combine them.

Is he neutered? If not...that may help. Also you can use vinager/water to clean the corner/ wall. Vinager works good with pee smell.
