Split ear

About 24 hours ago my poor rabbit seems to have gotten attacked by my other rabbit and now his ear has split.
I didn't realise how bad it was before work because the blood was holding it together but I will be taking him to the vet tomorrow.
I feel so bad for him is there any thing I can do in the mean time?
So far I've only put Betadine on it.

That's about all you can do. Are they a desexed bonded pair? You may also need to separate them if there is aggression and they are starting to get into fights.
