Bugsy has been having really soft poop lately and his feet and bottom have gotten very messy. Groucho has not. They eat the same - plenty of hay, a little bit of pellets, plenty of water, greens when I have them, and the occasional Craisins. I've reduced pellets and treats. His behavior is great - he bounds around as much as ever and snuggles once in a while, just like always. What do I need to do?

Have you introduced any new veggies? That can sometimes change their poop to soft poop or too much of a veggie or pellets. I've noticed when my buns have had more of those two their poop is softer. You could cut back a little on those and do more hay and see if that helps.

I haven't introduced anything new, but I am cutting back on pellets, veggies, and treats. I hope it helps.

I think you are doing all the right things- the more hay he eats the better. If you can find any black berry leaves that is supposed to help with mushy poo problems. They are very safe and I feed them even when they don't have mushy poos all the time.
