My male rabbit is making sounds like he has a cold, should i go to the vet does anyone know what is wrong.

It will depend on the sounds he is making on how urgent it is. If he is sounding a little snuffly it may be an upper respiratory infection. If he has noisy breath sounds and/or is mouth breathing, that is an immediate emergency as he likely has pneumonia.
