Should I seperate them?

So my two rabbits have been living together for almost a year now and I've noticed lately Ruby doesn't seem to like Micah anymore. She keeps attacking him, sometimes she will run straight into him so he cant run up to me. Micah is still the same towards her, last night I saw him trying to lick her and she pounced on him.
The fighting isnt bad, no injuries or anything but I feel like if Ruby keeps treating Micah this way then one day he will start to hate her and attack her back.

What should i do? Will introducing a new rabbit help her calm down or will it make it worse?

I gather that he's probably neutered, but is she spayed? You might just have to re-bond them. Has there been any changes in routine or environment lately that might have stressed them out?

I wouldn't suggest adding another bunny. Sometimes an extra bunny or more change just adds to the problem.
