Second rabbit

I'm thinking of getting a rabbit friend for Wylie later this summer but I have a couple questions for the RO community to help me with my search.
Firstly, is it easier to bond a male with a female or another male?
Can bonded rabbits use the same litter box?
Should they be close in age? (How close?)

I can answer the first question for sure, Males are easier to bond to females than a male male bond. From what I've heard, male male bonds rarely last.

So much depends on the personalities more than on gender, size or age. And yes they can share the same litter box if it's large enough. If not, get a 2nd one so you won't have to change it so often. The ideal place to find a 2nd would be from a shelter or breeder who will let you bring Wylie to pick out his new companion.
