I have a house rabbit (will post an intro next), and have a question about cleaning the cage. He is only in a cage at night, and we only use the top of a extra large wire one. His feet are on the hardwood floors (with mats, etc of course). Anyway, the cage is white but looking a bit shabby. There are some rusty spots I can't get rid of it. I'd like to spray paint the whole thing, but I think it might be toxic if he chews at all.
Any safe alternatives? :?
(I might just go ahead and buy a black dog crate instead).
