I'm glad to hear his bladder function is improving. I wonder if he has gas? You can give him 1mL of simethicone baby drops anti-gas medicine, and massage his belly gently and/or offer him a warm thing to lie on, such as a sock filled with dry rice. The dose can be repeated every hour for 3 hours. This will help with gas, which can lead to smaller and fewer poos, along with less eating. I think I would invest in some Bene-Bac, a probiotic, as well, as these vet visits might stress him out and throw his normal GI bacteria out of whack.

I don't think it's stasis yet, but could be gas. If you can hear gurgling in the tummy as well, that would be a sign. I'd treat for that. Definitely don't stop the sub-q's, they will help with GI function. Try some probiotic as well.
