so i was doin my homework (erm, attempting...) and i had emptied out my clarinet case on my bed this morining in a hurry. there were a couple reeds on my bed when i but the buns on it, and fred has taken a liking to it...i think. they are still in their plastic containers so only the end bit is exposed.

these are made for my clarinet but are basically just actuall reed cut a certain way. do you think its ok to let them chew on my old reeds?

I thought they they were just plain, untreated reed (unless you buy the crazy flavored ones)

are your reeds made from arundo donax? I've read a few articles and it appears that wild rabbits will eat it unless kept away from it, not that that means it's healthy...

Edit for bad grammer

i don't think they are treated, they are not colored and they go in my mouth, so i don't think they would put chemicals in them... i dunno, fred lost interest so i was just wondering.

don't know what type of wood/reed they are made of.
