My rabbit is less than a year old and I noticed around a week or so ago that it has a red "glob" on its iris. There is no swelling or irritation around it, its not acting any different than normal. I did however notice that the pupil is not dialating. Any idea as to what it could possible be?

sounds like a blood clot,,dvm exam required/perhaps trama to the eye??..sincerely james waller

No trauma that I am aware of, should I call a pet opthamologist or would the vet I initially took her took be spayed be able to help.

Well, I think making an appt with both vet and opthamologist would be good. The specialist may have a wait list though, so it is best to get your bun seen by someone asap. Sorry that I can't think of any possible causes for you...
 Will be thinking of you both.
