Last week we had a gas scare with Thumpsy, and as a result we took her back to the rabbit rescuefor them to nurse her back to health. She was there from Tuesday to Saturday. When we reintroduced them at first they cuddled, but them Thumpsy hopped into the litter box. Pee-Bun did not approve, soshe started chasingThumpsy and had theya minor fight beforebeing sepatated. Right now one is in the cage, and one is in the attached pen. Yesterday they were nipping at each other through the cage wall, now they seem to be ignoring each other. Thumpsy has been marking her territory with poop.
Later today I might try to take them out for exercise ina neutral area. In addition, I'm going to switch their places (cage/pen). I'm also going to try petting them one after another to swap their scents.Would swapping their litter boxes/droppings have a positive effect? Is there anything else that I could do?
