So i have a 6 month rabbit called glen and his ears are straight (i’ll add a picture for reference!). I think it suits his personality well as he is quite mischievous

I visited his siblings yesterday and all of them had floppy ears, including both his mother and father.

I was wondering why this is, as out of 14 blood related rabbits, he is the only one still with straight ears. Will his ear eventually go floppy? or does is has something to do with a recessive gene?
Just curious so any knowledge will help!

If his parents aren't a purebred lop breed and are mixes, that could be why. At 6 months if the ears are going to lop, usually they would have already. Whether a rabbits ears lop or not, is a genetic trait that has to do with the rabbits head and the crown.
