Rabbit With Testicle Problem

I have a male who doesn't seem to be in any pain and he is eating and drinking and defecating just fine, but the tips of his testicles are dark and shrivled. Is this a problem? And if so what is going on and how do I fix it?

I have no clue but I would take him to the vet
