I would desinfect the wound with betadine or biseptine (I don't know if you can find those under the same name where you live - they are iodine based - if not, just phone a vet to know which product can be used on a rabbit). If it's just a flesh wound and that your rabbit hops normally, you can desinfect with that. If you see any sign of infection, you'll need to see a vet for a potential antibiotic treatment.
