You shouldn't give her apples, grapes and carrots too often - they have too much sugar and will also lead to a fat rabbit.

Here is a list of safe vegetables. She should be getting 1- 2cups worth of these vegetables a day, and try to give her 3 different ones a night to keep a balance of nutrients...

Alfalfa, radish & clover sprouts
Basil
Beet greens (tops)*
Bok choy
Broccoli (mostly leaves/stems)*
Brussels sprouts
Carrot & carrot tops*
Celery
Cilantro
Clover
Collard greens*
Dandelion greens and flowers (no pesticides)*
Endive*
Escarole
Green peppers
Kale (!)*
Mint
Mustard greens*
Parsley*
Pea pods (the flat edible kind)*
Peppermint leaves
Raddichio
Radish tops
Raspberry leaves
Romaine lettuce (no iceberg or light colored leaf)*
Spinach (!)*
Watercress*
Wheat grass

(!)=Use sparingly. High in either oxalates or goitrogens and may be toxic in accumulated quantities over a period of time

awesome! Shugar loves celery- ever since thier diet (both Shugar and Fluffy<- my sister's bunny) are so much more active. i just came in from giving them more hay and they were running around in the rain! thanks everyone for your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
