Rabbit safe??

Hello! My rabbit somehow got the side of her foot cut a little over a week ago. I took her to the vet and they gave me meds for her, cleaned the wound, and gave her an injection. I have been giving her her meds for a week and her foot looks like it hasn’t healed too much. My mom found this yesterday and showed me today. Is it rabbit safe? Do you guys think it would be a good idea if I sprayed a bit on her foot daily? (I know it is expired but I‘m sure we could get more if it would help.)
