When it rains, it pours.... :?

I normally post about Zoe's digestive issues. And while her gut seems to be slowing slightly (about which I've left the vet a message), it's Emma who's now having stasis issues (less frequent, dark-colored poops that are slightly smaller in size than normal).

This morning, she ate some hay and green-leaf lettuce but refused her mint leaves. In case I need to feed her Critical Care, I've a few questions:

1) Approximately how much Critical Care do you feed a small bun (around 3 lbs. in weight)?

2) What syringe size works best for feeding it?

3) Emma's vet wants her off of pellets for now (to settle her digestive tract). Could Critical Care possibly upset it, though, since it has ingredients like wheat germ, soybean meal and cane molasses?

4) Any other Critical Care advice would be appreciated. :)

Thank you,

Jenk

Pla and Jen here are two other threads that talk about pellet slurries and what you can put in them. Pla since your bun wont take the CC you can add things to a slurry to flavor it like pumpkin, baby food, pedaylyte, or some mushed up favorites that your bun likes. I hope all your buns get better and start eating like normal
