Hello all

I recently started juicing vegetables and was wondering if I could give my bun a small amount of the pulp as a treat once in while? I read online people more treats from the pulp. Does anyone know if this will cause stasis or a tummy ache?

Does anyone else do this?
How much to give? How often? Thanks so much.

The pulp would be like adding fiber to your bunnies diet. All the nutrition is supposed to be in your juice so I don't know how beneficial it would be. I know most people use their pulp for composting. I just threw mine away

I juice everyday and give my boys the pulp as treats, but very small amounts and not frequently; it's like crack to them. Like the above poster says, though, it's mainly just for added fiber. I only give it to them if the produce I used was organic, and if I didn't add anything like ginger, jalapeños, a lot of lemons/limes, etc.
