Possibly a sick bunny

So I had penny out a bit today to run around and exercise with Win. She pooped while she was out, obviously, but the feces were more wet than usual and had a very unusually distinct odor.
I don't think this is normal, as Win's are always dry and don't have a smell.
If she's sick, what can I do??

Forgot to add that she's not acting sick; she's playing just like normal, eating, drinking, grooming and sleeping regularly. She's not acting off at all...

I moved this into the infirmary for you. Are they normal shaped or shaped more like a blackberry or cluster of grapes? It sounds like it could be a cecal she didn't eat.
What sort of diet are they on?

They are shaped normal, just a lot more wet and stinky. The pellets are new as of a week ago, could that be it? What should I do?

i am a big fan of the bio sponge when anything 'funny' happens with the stool. it absolutely cannot hurt and will probably cure it right up.
