my rabbit Brynx keeps using his foot to scratch the inside of his ear and the side of his face where his whiskers are. I checked his ears for wax, liquid and mites/crusting. They look perfectly fine. He doesn’t do this all the time but he’s done it a few times in the last 10 minutes. I don’t want to make a vet trip if it’s not necessary. He is still eating, pooping, peeing as normal with no changes.

It is possible, but if there is nothing visually wrong then it should be fine. I would still keep an eye on him. If you are concerned then you can call your vet for advice. I've had similar experiences in the past but it usually ended with us going to the vet.

It's normal for rabbits to scratch themselves, but if you see that your rabbit is scratching way too often and way too much then you should be concerned.
