Pooping in the food tray in cage

I have a 6 week old Dutch (male). He is constantly pooping in one particular corner where the food tray is...any suggestions on what to do?

Ahhh the young ones tend to do this--they will poop and pee wherever they want to. Try moving the litterbox to that corner or put a second one there. Mine are 4 months now and they still poop all over their cage in addition to the box--they pee solely in the litterbox, though. Go figure. Hope that helps!

I agree. Move the food and try putting the litter box in that corner. That's how I got all of ours to use their litter pans--see which area they were using and then putting the pan there.
