Pooping everywhere

My female bunny has a litterbox and uses it, but she runs around the house during the day. She leaves bunny balls all over the place. Is there any way to train her out of this, to break the habit??

She is marking her territory by leaving little markers around. Getting her spayed will help with that. But I see in your other posts that she may be pregnant?

I wonder if she's marking everywhere because I have 2 dogs; they all play and get along. So she thinks she's queen of the house?

She might be pregnant. She got aggressive for over a week, then started being lovable again this past week. She started pulling fur a few days ago. Can't tell that she's been pulling anymore fur though. She was penned with a male before I got her. I would assume he was intact. I suppose time will tell. Thanks for your help!
