Polish litter born

Well I was out in the barn to day hanging the new 9 hole cage I built yesterday and this morning and when I pulled the cage throught the door and got it set up I looked over and my little blue Polish doe Mia was slinging hair everywhere so I started hanging the cages and I looked over and watched her give birth to all of them it was remarkable watching that and the funny thing is that she did not have them in the nest box she built her nest between the nest box and her feeder so instead of moving them I put another feeder in her cage and it is working good. There are 2 white, 2 broken and 1 solid when I checked earlier........

I figuered out why she built her nest there for the breeder that owned her before me raised all there litters in the house in so special bens that they had mad and do not use nest boxes at all and she always built her nest by the feeder..........Toby

Well just went out and checked on the babies and we have lost 3 of the 5

Thanks everyone and they are doing ok right now I brought the 2 and the mom in the house and put them by a heater in a 30 gal tote..........
