Pine or Paper?

So, I was wondering, which of these is better to use for litter?

or does it matter? I know bunny should use pine anything unless its kiln dried to make sure there are non of those bad oils... Does anyone know if the pine pellets are safe to use?

I believe the pelleted pine litters are safe because to get in pellet form they are heat treated and what not. Between those options I would personally go with the paper based one; it's environmentally friendly and fragrance-free. I don't use paper based myself simply because I get 40 lb bag of pelleted pine litter free from where I do my bunny volunteer work. Both are safe options though.
