Paper and Cardboard?

Hi,

Does anyone know if cardboard and paper are okay for your rabbit?

I give them toilet paper rolls to play with they really like them but they also chew and eat parts of them.

Is this okay?

Also is it okay to give your rabbit a phone book?

I heard this was a good toy but is is okay for them to eat the paper?

I really don't think they actually eat it. They just chew and shred at it.
I give Bun-Bun toilet paper rolls, and when its gone, the shreddingsare on the cage ground. I also some times give him a ball of newpaperto have a field day of tearing and scratching frenzy.
But if he was to eat paper or card bord it, I really don't think it would hurt him, since it's a wood by product.
