I've been seeing the Oxbow treats around and I'm usually rather paranoid about what I give my rabbits, and have stuck to giving just plain dried fruit or fresh fruit to them for treats. I know that the Oxbow food/hay is pretty decent, and that many people have suggested their products to me before, but I haven't heard anything about their treats.

Specifically the 'veggie' treats:

And the timothy treats:

Ive fed the veggie treats, and the barley treats. The bunnies love them, but they remind me a lot of some bunny cookies that people have posted recipes on here for, and the treats are so expensive, so I think I'll try to make them instead of buy them next time. As for healthiness, they seem to be a healthier treat than something like Yogies, but not quite as good as dried or fresh fruit (without added sugar).

Ooo! Thanks for the links! I'm going to try and make some now. I usually make the dogs/hamster some biscuits, so I have most of the ingredients already. I love making things for them, it fills the desire of baking cookies without the guilt of eating them all after! Why are fresh baked cookies so darn good? Sigh.
