Hi, I c ught Oscar eating the fruit of a tree that grows in the back yard. I am not sure whether this good or not I am pretty sure it is some kind if laurel. The berries are dark on the outside and red inside, their is a pip in the middle. He hadn't eaten the pip just the flesh of the berries. I think I have read that these pips can be poisonous to dogs in the at if the pip us crunched it released cyanide!! I have put some photos on tho show you obviously the leaf the berry and the pip if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

zif you can, take a leaf and a berry to a local Arborist (nursery) and see if they can I.D. the tree and berry and then what they can tell you about it. You may also want to ask your vet about it.
I'm not any good at plant identification, but you mentioned it might be some kind of laurel. I googled it and if it is a cherry laurel, that could be bad. It is listed as toxic to rabbits. So if you believe it is a cherry laurel and know for sure your rabbit ate some, I would call your vet immediately!
