Oren (Dutch for "ears") is a sable marten colored Netherlands Dwarf buck born 7-16-13. I got him from a wonderful private breeder in North Dakota. She breeds show rabbits, specializing in the sable marten color. As just a baby, he had already taken 2nd place out of 90 others! She decided to sell him to a loving home and keep her first-place rabbit for further shows and breeding. He is a wonderfully happy little guy with lots of spunk (and, sometimes, a little attitude!). He is pretty shy, but loves to sneak up behind me and bump me with his nose. He lives with me as a registered ESA (Emotional Support Animal), and I love him dearly.
