We are on Baytril shots and also a prebiotic powder(which has cured ISC instantly).I put that powder on his water and he drinks 200-300 ml a day so he is not dehydrated but his urine is orange-brownish.Can antibiotics or prebiotic powder cause this colour of urine?I attached the images.

Antibiotics can change the color of urine, yes. Orange is a fine color.
Even without antibiotics, rabbit urine that is orange is actually still OK-- it can be stained by diet or just seemingly randomly be orange.

That’s a relief, thanks!
