Old Phonebook?

So, I've heard a lot of people on here say that as a you you could give your bun an old phonebook with the covers off. However, my Moo isn't really a chewer except with paper. But he doesn't play with any of his other toys so I need to try something new. So questions,

1. Would it be bad if he chewed on the paper a little?

2. Should I give a phonebook to him and just see what he does, before deciding he shouldn't have it?

The ink on the pages is safe. Chewing some paper is not a problem you just don't want your bun consuming a lot of it because then he may not eat his food. I would give it a try as all buns are different and you can never be completely sure what they will or will not like.

My boys LOVE their phonebook. They still eat just fine. They are little piggies and would eat too much if I gave them the opportunity.

Phonebooks are a favorite in this house. I take the covers off them and put them in the pen. LOL

I haven't gotten a new phonebook in a while though.
