Nutrition in ancient bunnies?

Hi,

My buns is almost 12. He's still super active and happy as can be. I would like him to stay as happy and healthy as possible. He's very healthy overall. I was wondering what kind of hay would be they best to feed him that he'd get the most nutrition out of with his probably not softest digestive sysstem these days.
