not sure if bunny has diarrhea or not

So mocha had what looked like dried up diarrhea on her second level of her cage,
and then i though maybe it was just from cecals.....but her butt is a little dirty.... which makes me think that its just cecals....i never see them but i confined her to a smaller cage for a few days just for closer observation and no diarrhea....so any ideas why her butt is a little dirty? also she is litter trained but doesnt always poop in her litter box and it drives me crazy.

We have a couple that don't eat them, so they get stuck from them laying on them. Sometimes we need to use unscented baby wipes to clean them up.
