Newspaper and white bunny!

This may sound weird, but I've heard that newspaper in a cage could make a white bunny get a little gray (maybe from the ink?) - I was wondering if there is any truth to this?

I could imagine that it would make their feet turn gray but no the all around fur.

Baths aren't recommended for rabbits, especially since many will panic.

Yes, newspaper print will turn white bunny feet gray. There are other choices for litter though, and usually no real need to put newspaper or other stuff all over the floor of the cage.

It made some of my brilliant white buns grey. One used to shred and throw it around and she ended up with very grey cheeks.

I don't use it as litter, personally I use it to line the hutches. It just makes it easier to change.
