Neutered male holland

Hello all! I have a neutered male holland lop who’s about 2 weeks post op and he’s experiencing some weird emotions, it seems.
He has been nipping at ankles enough to leave us concerned.
He usually gives kisses so much it can get annoying (not really but it’s a lot)
I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this weird attitude change with recently altered males, or how long it took for them to fully go through their hormones.

This doesn't happen often but it does on occasion. It's almost like some rabbits can get a surge of hormones after getting fixed, causing more aggressive behaviors before the hormones start dying down. It can take up to 8 weeks(though sometimes longer) for those hormones to fade completely. though it doesn't always take that long.
