Need some advice

So basically I've noticed that one of the older members might be quite a bad influence on one of the younger members. It might just be me who thinks this, but personally I think it's quite sad to watch. I don't know who to PM about this or how to go about it, or maybe I should just mind my own business lol.

Anyone got any advice on what to do, or who to PM about these kinds of things?
