I know this sounds this absurd, but anything really is possible when it comes to Ripley and his curiosity/not watching where he's hopping. So just like 10 minutes ago, I was sitting on the floor while Ripley was hopping around and I had a open bottle of nail polish out that I was using. He hopped right up past it and swiped his face against it. At first he seemed really irritated by it and kept trying to clean it off but it had dried really quickly.
Should I just leave it and allow it to wear off or use something to get it off?

I would leave it to wear off or come off when he molts. If he seems to no longer be bothered it could be that the smell while still wet and fresh bothered him as it's so close to his cute little nosey.

I agree, nail polish remover is a strong acetone solution and I wouldn't risk using it on a bunny. Dried nail polish is nontoxic anyway, so he should be fine.

Goodness. What a silly bun. Looks cute though. Should wear off or molt out.
