I'm in extra panic mode about this because Dimple is scheduled for his neuter tomorrow. I don't know how comfortable I feel with having him neutered while he is having this issue. Here's all I know so far:
Dimple is a 9 month old male. He has had bouts of GI Stasis before as well as gas. I have some Metoclopramide from the vet and have been giving it to him each morning for the last 3 days. I have also given him so baby gas relief drops. He has been given fresh grass, cilantro, 3 different kinds of timothy hay, pineapple juice in his water, some pellets - he's been interested in all of it. He has even gone to his litter box a few times and I've seen him in the poop position, but when he hops out, there's nothing. He was pooping tons yesterday so I was hoping we were out of the woods. I have observed belly pressing, hunched position, and his eyes seem tense/half shut. He still flops and lays down, but he's not pooping. And with the belly pressing and hunched position, I'm extremely concerned. I am so scared he's dying and I have tried everything I can think of. I have googled emergency rabbit vets but there are no emergency vets who treat rabbits open today within a 400 mile radius. And since it's sunday, all the vets in the area are closed. I don't know what to do.
