So my dwarf bunny called milky is twitching his head. Out of nothing he start to twitch and then stops. Sometimes he dont twitch at all and sometimes he twitch more. We dont think it somekind of parasite etc because he started to twitch long time ago. We were at vet and got panacur, but just for one or two uses. We dont want to stress him anymore so please help. He does not seems to be affected in any way, he is happy and all but sometimes he starts to twitch and then stops.

That does look neurological. It could possibly be due to the parasite e. cuniculi. Panacur would be the correct treatment, but for much longer. The usual recommended treatment period is a month at 20mg/kg, once a day. If you're able to get a meloxicam suspension, that's typically given as well, to help reduce inflammation. It may also be beneficial for your vet to include the antibiotic enrofloxacin, in case there is an infection contributing or causing the neurological symptoms.

Toxoplasmosis might also be a consideration if your rabbit has been around cats/cat feces at all. The symptoms can be similar to e. cuniculi.
