Mites?

Yesterday, Foo Foo was acting lethargic anditching herself constantly. I brought her to an emergency vetyesterday who said she has mites and gave her a shot. Shetold me to bring her to her regular vet in 2 weeks for another shot andthen again in 2 weeks for the last treatment. Well since lastnight, Foo Foo is not really responding to me or eating ordrinking. What exactly are mites anyway? Any infowould be helpful. I'm stressed because I'm at work and haveto go right to school after work and I think she needs to see myregular vet. I can't get her there until tomorrow.

Thanks Buck! You're a big help, asalways. I was so afraid that Foo Foo might have Fly Strikeagain. Thank goodness it's mites - not that I'm happy she'sitchy - just happy it can be treated.
