The vet said that my bun has mites in his feet. He only looked at it and didn't do any test. He did give my bun a shot and we need to get another one after 20 days. Here are my questions:
1. Do i need to stop free roaming him and start keeping him in his cage to stop it from spreading in my house?
2. Do i need to throw everything that he stepped on? My couch and bed for example
3. Can i touch him without gloves?
4. What else can i do to get rid of it?

Are you sure your rabbit doesn't just have sore hocks instead? That's what it possibly looks like to me. Did the vet do a skin scrape and verify the presence of mites?

Usually with mites on the feet, there will be this white crusting around the nail beds, scaly or dandruffy skin, and progressing fur loss. If it is mites and the shot your rabbit got was ivermectin, the second treatment should be at 14 days after the first, and then a third shot another 14 days later.
