The father looks like a blue tort, so it probably is a dilute something. I would have agreed with solid, but I don't believe a tort could throw a solid? Perhaps I'm wrong.
I would probably guess smoke pearl, but I've never really had a good hard look at any in real life, so.. Yeah.
Torts can throw solids, if the tort is bred to a non shaded or non shaded carrier solid is very possible. It is when shadeds, such as tort, is bred to each other that non shadeds are not possible. Like getting a blue from two tort parents - not geneticly possible.
To be honest the sire looks like a lilac tort? He is very creamy Do you know if the mother has a chocolate based parent? Chocolate, lilac, lynx, ect.
