Mimi is my heart bun.
The feisty little dwarf came into my life about three years ago. Her owners were giving her away on Craigslist as they were planning on going to school and wouldn't have enough time for her.

I didn't know very much about proper rabbit care before Mimi.
I feel incredibly guilty that I didn't provide everything she needed, simply because I didn't know any better. She's turning six in February, and all I want is for her to be full of healthy greens, hay, & pellets, fit and healthy, and most of all - I want her to have the happiest last few years of her life possible. I want to make up for anything she was missing before.

Mimi originally came from a pet store, so it's not a huge surprise that she has some health issues that I'm trying to sort out with the vet right now. She occasionally has sneezing fits and the vet believes she may have pasteurella which we're currently trying to remedy with baytril. It breaks my heart to see her sick, but she's a tough little bun and does binkies even when she's not feeling 100%.

Mimi's favourite kind of green food is cilantro, and her favourite sweet is a tiny bit of banana. Sometimes she tries to sneak a bit of coffee out of my mug - what a brat! I can't hold it against her, she is the sweetest bunny I've ever met and is constantly giving me kisses.

I love this bun with all of my heart. She's gotten me through some really rough times and can always bring a smile to anybody's face when they're down.
