I've been told that my bunny's problem may be mega-cecum, though I googled it and can't find anything about it. Does anybody know of any remedies? I'm told acupuncture has had favorable results.

Thanks!

What are your rabbit's symptoms, and what does he look like? Breed?

I had two dwarf hotots with megacolon. It was never actually diagnosed by a vet, but they had fairly serious GI issues. They were mostly controlled through diet, although which diet works best seems to be different with each megacolon/GI sensitive bun. Mine needed a very low protein diet with mostly hay and veggies.

Has your bun been tested for intestinal parasites?
