Are my males playing or fighting?

I have one male and two female bunnies who live on one side of our garden and divided by a rabbit fence live my two other males.

At the fence two of the makes are kind on nipping and jumping up so I am wondering if the are playing or fighting?

It's difficult to know if they want to play or fight?

I have in the past put them all together and the one male does chase the other males but I wonder if over time they would all be ok. He seems to sort of chase/bully the two boys a little then they all relax/rest.

Any thoughts please?

If your rabbits aren't neutered, do not put unneutered male rabbits together. Doing so will risk severe injury or even death. Intact male rabbits that have matured and have their hormones, will almost always start to fight, and these fights can cause serious injuries.

If you want to try and bond your rabbits together, they first need to all be desexed, wait 4-8 weeks for hormones to fade, then bonding can be attempted. But even then there are no guarantees they'll bond. Rabbits pick who they like. They won't bond if they aren't compatible personalities.

If your rabbits are all desexed and you wish to attempt bonding, you would need to go through the proper bonding process to see if they'll bond. This needs to be done carefully and correctly to minimize the chances of a fight breaking out. Please do your research so you'll know how to go about this correctly.
