I am in the process designing a new indoor rabbit house,I plan on using 1 x 2 galvanized wire and have found the Klubertanz website (it's wonderful). Does anyone have experience or opinionson wiregalvanized before or after welding? Isgalvanized after welding so super strong you can't cut it, and way heavy duty for an indoor house? Also the PVC coat has a nice finish, but I am not sure if Gus will nibble the coating. PVC coating seems like it would be tempting. Any input is appreciated.

PVC coating does tend to get nibbled on. I have used both galvanized before and after welding wires. Both can be cut easily with good wire snips. I use the less expensive (galvanized before weld) because it's more economical- especially if the cage is not likely to be overly stressed (by dogs or other predators).
