Library...question...

Hey...can your average Joe member read the Library? I noticed it said it's under construction. I wanted to be sure, because I'm recommended Library threads to people.

Yes, I think everybody can read it. Many links don't work, though.

I mean that many of the articles in the library need revising as the pages they link to don't all work. Usually at least half of the links are ok in each article, so they should be able to get some good info.
