Hey guys it's me again.
I had to give Riza another bath today and I noticed that her scent glands are a little clogged. I did the best I could in the bath but I don't like to keep her there to long as she starts getting a bit shaky, so they aren't great. She has quite a bit of fur down there, (unlike my other rabbit Shino who is so easy to clean) so I find it a little difficult to clean her up. There also seems to be an awful lot of urine coming out of her fur when I bath her. Is it safe to give her fur a little trim? Anything else I can do to keep her clean while she's in the process of loosing weight?
I also noticed nipples when I bathed her. Is this normal for a spayed female?
If anyone has any experience with over weigh rabbits, or can direct my to an article I would very much appreciate it.
